If it’s a challenge for you to wake up early in the mornings, I found the greatest solution. I discovered an app that literally changed my life. Waking up is a million times easier than before and the app I use is called SleepCycle. The point of it is to help you wake up at your most awake moment, and not in the middle of a deep sleep. You put the time you need to be up, and it sets the wake-up phase for half an hour before that time. During that time it measures your sleep and the alarm will sound when you are most awake. For example, I set my alarm to 6:45 AM and the wake-up phase begins at 6:15. During those thirty minutes, it will wake me at the best time for me. Sometimes I will be woken up twenty minutes before, but I wake up refreshed and not tired from such a deep sleep that is being interrupted by my alarm clock. Even when I used to sleep up to ten hours, if I am woken up in the middle of a dream or deep sleep, I will be tired all day. This helps to solve that issue! The music it plays is very soothing and the app makes waking up more enjoyable! I have the free version, but there is also a premium version with more perks. The free version also measures how you sleep at night, including, your sleep quality, the amount of time in bed, if you snore, and your activity. I highly recommend this app for everyone!
